What this site collects

Almost nothing, and here is exactly what. Operanto sells automation to businesses subject to Law 25. We hold ourselves to the same rule.

On operanto.ca

This site is a static page. It sets no cookies and uses no third-party analytics. It remembers nothing in your browser: the French version and the English version are two separate addresses, and you choose one or the other with a link.

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which logs requests (IP address, page requested, browser) to keep the service secure and available, under its own policy. The typefaces load from Google Fonts, which sends your IP address to Google at load time.

When you write to us

The contact form sends your name, your email, your site's name if you give it and your message, by email, to our inbox. Nothing is stored anywhere else and no third-party form service is involved.

An email to bonjour@operanto.ca is kept for the length of the correspondence and of the business relationship that may follow. We add nobody to a mailing list without explicit consent, and we neither share nor sell any address.

Our products

Each Operanto product has its own privacy policy, published on its own site, describing what it collects, why, for how long and where the data is hosted.

Your rights, and who answers

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. The person in charge of the protection of personal information can be reached at confidentialite@operanto.ca. We answer within the thirty days the law provides, and usually much sooner.
